I combine oil and enamel paints in a variety of consistencies to achieve complex abstractions of natural elements. I find inspiration in science, music, electricity, cable and transformers on telephone poles, the bifurcation of tree branches and the spaces between them, all in concert with the luminosity of the sky.  And by using these elements I create an ‘initial condition’ for complex and unpredictable results to occur.
